4:53Now PlayingRepublicans have announced that they are going to hold their very first impeachment hearing against President Biden next Thursday, September 28th, even as their case against the President continues to unravel. The latest blow to the inquiry was the recent resurgence of an Obama Administration memo from 2015 showing that their official policy was to remove the Ukrainian prosecutor who was not going after corruption - and Biden wasn't a part of that decision making process. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains the memo and the other damning evidence that proves this impeachment is a sham.

Republicans in the house announced this week that they're going to be having their very first hearing next week for the impeachment inquiry into President Biden. They have said they're issuing subpoenas to the banks to get all those bank records, even though they actually already have a lot of Biden's Bank records. They don't have the ones they want. You know, the ones that show the, the alleged criminal activity, they got the other ones, but those are boring. We need new ones. They say now there's several problems with what's happening Again, impeachment inquiry hearing is gonna begin on Thursday, uh, September 28th, but their impeachment inquiry is already falling apart because new evidence emerged this week actually by, uh, John Solomon, conservative commentator who released a memo produced by the Obama administration. In December of 2015, the Obama administration crafted a memo that talked about the need to remove Victor Shoken, the Ukrainian prosecutor that was doing nothing about corruption in the country, the one that a global community came together to say, this guy's gotta go.
He's letting too much corruption run rampant. People are losing a lot of money. We're giving this country aid, and a lot of it's being swindled away. We have to stop that. So before Biden went and met with the then Ukrainian president, um, uh, uh, uh, sorry if I can't find his name at the, uh, uh, port Poko. So he is going to meet with Poko, and before we go, as the Biden admin, uh, Obama administration crafts this memo that says, it is our policy, it is the policy of this administration that Victor Shoken has to be fired. We've got aid ready to give to you, but we can't give it to you until you fire this guy. Biden was not a part of the decision making process there. This was from Obama. So John Solomon, he releases it, let me just read this, this from Newsweek.
The document was published by John Solomon, a conservative commentator who has argued Biden did call for SHO's removal to advance his son's business activities on his just the news website. Speaking to Sean Hannity on Fox News. Solomon argued, Biden was motivated by wanting to help his stun, despite the memo showing moving against Shoken was US government policy. Solomon said, quote, the Biden White House knew that this Shn investigation posed a political threat to the family, a personal threat to Joe Biden's son's company, the company paying him a million dollars a year. And it's in that moment when all this is happening that Joe Biden flips the switch and goes from the recommendation, giving the billion dollars to you're not getting the billion dollars until you fire Shn and son of a, they fire shn. But, but you, you guys saying this, John Solomon, you just published the memo
That literally says this in what happened. Imagine for a moment, folks, that your brain is that broken, that you have this piece of evidence that says one thing and you're like, world, look at this evidence and see what it says. And then you say that it says the exact opposite of what people can see, that it says, 'cause that's exactly what John Solomon did there. So their whole basis for this is. It's. Let's call it what it is. It's.
