Trump In Serious Trouble For Violating Gag Order AGAIN

The fraud trial in New York was once again temporarily derailed on Wednesday when the judge had to take time away from the trial to address comments that Trump made about a court clerk that were a clear violation of the gag order slapped on him by Judge Arthur Engoron. This marks the second time in a week that Trump has been busted, and the judge needs to get tough or it will keep happening, as Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains.

Yesterday, Donald Trump got hit with yet another sanction and a $10,000 fine from Judge Arthur Geron in the New York Fraud trial because Donald Trump had once again violated the gag order that Geron had placed on him. Now, last week, as we all know, Donald Trump got hit with a $5,000 fine for violating the gag order, even though his lawyers had argued that, Hey, it was just a mistake. And of course, that particular instance was Donald Trump had put out on truth social, uh, an attack on one of the law clerks in the courtroom, which Eron said was a big no-no. When he issued the gag order, Trump put it on truth social and deleted it. But he didn't delete the mirrored copy on his website, Donald j trump.com. His lawyers argued last week, look, judge, it was an oversight. It was an accident. Go easy on him. And the judge said, okay, but he still did it.

I'm gonna find him $5,000 this week. However, it wasn't a similar situation at all, and Judge Geron seemed genuinely off that Donald Trump did this. So what did he do? Well, during a break in the trial this week, Donald Trump walks outside, talks to reporters, and he says, quote, um, I have a very partisan judge with a person who is very partisan sitting alongside him, perhaps even more partisan than he is now in the courtroom, the person sitting right next to Judge Arthur Eron is of course a law clerk. So, as Gerron pointed out, it, it doesn't take, you know, a a forensic scientist basically to figure out who the hell Donald Trump is talking about. But Trump's lawyers went into court yesterday, and they told Gerron, they said, no, no, no, no, man. He, he was talking about Michael Cohen on the stand. Well, the stand actually was not technically right next to Judge Arthur Eron.

So by definition of the words that Trump used, the only person he could be referring to is of course, that law clerk. And Eron decided, you know what? I'm gonna make Trump come up here. So Donald Trump got sworn in on Wednesday, had to testify. The judge kind of grilled him, was like, Hey, you know, the person next to me is the law clerk. And Trump's like, no, I was referring to Michael Cohen. I do not like him. And the judge had this to say, because again, Donald Trump stuck to the story. His legal team said, just say it was Michael Cohen. And Judge Geron said this as the trier of fact. I find that the witness is not credible, that he was referring to my law clerk who is sitting much closer to me, who doesn't have a barrier. I hereby find you $10,000, which is on the liberal side, to be paid within 30 days. Now, that's a weak punishment. If

This were the first offense, $10,000 maybe, but this is the second time in less than seven days that Donald Trump violated the gag order, and so far two violations, all he has to pay is $15,000. Now, to, to me, probably to most people watch is that's a lot of money. Like that would, you know, screw us over significantly if we had to pay $15,000. But Donald Trump, I mean, this trial's proven, he, he is worth a couple billion dollars, maybe not as many billions as he thought, but he's still worth a few billion. You think he's gonna cry over losing $15,000? No.

If the punishment for a crime is a fine, then that means it is legal for a fee. Remember that folks, a crime that is punishable by a fine means that it is legal for a price. So Donald Trump knows like, okay, I, I mean technically I could do it again. You're gonna up the amount.
