4:13Now PlayingJudge Destroys Trump While Denying His Motion To Dismiss Fraud Case
YouTube Description
as posted by the channelJudge Arthur Engoron had some harsh words for Donald Trump as he denied yet another motion from the former president to dismiss the fraud case. Trump has now tried repeatedly to get the case dismissed, and it appears that it has worn down the nerves of the judge who lashed out at Trump, his lawyers, and even one of Trump's "expert witnesses" in the case in his ruling this week. Ring of Fire's Farron Cousins explains what happened.

Donald Trump got his rear end handed to him by Judge Arthur Eron this week when Eron not only refused to dismiss the fraud lawsuit against Donald Trump, I mean for the umpteenth time at this point. But Eron also took aim at one of Donald Trump's expert witnesses. A uh, New York Business School professor by the name of Eli Bartow. And Geron said that Bartow lost all his credibility. And a large reason for that, of course, was because Bartow defended every single thing and was paid over $800,000 by Trump's people To give that testimony, ING actually said, you know, it, it, it's proof that, you know, almost a million dollars or whatever. You pay people to say whatever the hell you want to. So he says he lost all credibility. Donald Trump went ballistic. But here's the thing that gets me about this. Like it's not just that Inger on went after the witness and said, dude's got no credibility.
What gets me is that Donald Trump and his lawyers are still trying to get this case dismissed. What good does that do considering the fact the ruling has already been determined? You are liable for the fraud your company did, right? I mean, do, do they forget that like the summary judgment was issued months ago, you did it this trial, the thing you're trying to get dismissed is not gonna dismiss the liability because all that's left to determine is how much you have to pay. And of course, whether or not ING's gonna allow your businesses to continue to exist. So your motion to dismiss is pointless because it can't be dismissed because the liability was already determined. His lawyers should know that. Like they should know that the judge is not going to toss out his own ruling. Like I, it, it's, it's mind boggling that Trump has not fired these lawyers and he loves him.
One of 'em, of course, Alina Haa, he's never gonna fire her no matter how many times she screws him over how stupid she is when she goes on TV or when she says something in court. She has been a total embarrassment to the entire legal profession, and she has done wrong by her client, Donald Trump. But he'll stand by her and they keep filing these same motions over and over and over again. Like, Hey, dismiss it today. No, I'm not gonna do it. All right, well try again tomorrow. I guess that's not how this works. This is an absolute just, I don't know if his legal team is just trying to bill him for the hours. Like, oh, we gotta write another motion to dismiss. Oh dear, I'm gonna work late tonight. You're gonna pay me for it. Or if they're genuinely that stupid, I don't know if it's a grift or if it's ignorance, but it's gotta be one of
'em. I'm hoping it's a grift, right? I hope they're just trying to, you know, pad their bills a little bit by filing stupid motions. 'cause if they're genuinely stupid enough to file the same thing over and over and expect different results, then man, we've got some problems with lawyers coming outta law school these days, right? But either way, Trump got it handed to him and he absolutely deserved it. And not to mention this, the fact that Geron says that this witness lost all credibility, let's not forget there's no jury. It's gonna be ing On's decision. So that's why Trump's freaking out when Geron says, this guy has no credibility. The guy you brought in to excuse everything you did, I don't believe a word he said. Yeah, that probably means that this judgment against you when it finally comes in January is gonna be a hell of a lot bigger than any of us might be expecting.
