Analysts Predict Trump Is Toast After ‘Losing’ Joe Rogan

Following last week’s debate, podcast host Joe Rogan had nothing but good things to say about Kamala Harris and he repeatedly mocked Donald Trump for falling into every trap that Harris set for him. This has prompted political observers to believe that Trump could be “toast” if he can’t hold onto the Rogan crowd. While Rogan has not endorsed Harris by any stretch, his criticisms of Trump to such a large audience could be enough to at least turn a few voters, as Ring of Fire’s Farron Cousins explains.

The latest episode of the Joe Rogan podcast was released this past Monday, almost a full week after last week's presidential debate. So this was the first time that we got to hear what Superstar podcast or Joe Rogan had to say about the debate. And unfortunately, for Donald Trump and all of his MAGA supporters, Joe Rogan not only praised Kamala Harris, but also laughed at and openly mocked Donald Trump for getting his butt kicked by Harris. Here is what Joe Rogan said on the podcast this week. Amazing job. She's nailing it. And he specifically praised Harris for baiting Trump into talking about his crowd sizes. And then he said, oh my God, this is Juujitsu where she's like, if you go to his rallies, his crowds are boring. And then he mockingly said, my crowds are the best crowds I have the number one crowds. He couldn't help himself.

Rogan exclaimed. So Joe Rogan, who does have, you know, the biggest podcast in the country, he has millions of listeners, people that go to him and, and basically get their, you know, talking points for the week, whether it's on politics or, you know, horrible talking points about health or whatever it is. They look at him as an idol, and they believe whatever he tells them to believe. And here he is saying, Harris nailed it. It was Jiujitsu. And Donald Trump fell into every single trap that she set for him. And now, now that we have this out there, now that this has been broadcast to millions of people, political observers are saying this could be the end of Donald Trump. Let me read you a couple of these. Tim Fullerton, a democratic strategist for former president Barack Obama, said, quote, this is a huge problem for Donald Trump.

If Joe Rogan turns on him and starts praising Kamala Harris like he is here, Trump is toast. Another one, Victor Xi, who is a youth organizer for Harris's presidential campaign, said, quote, this is really good. And big Joe Rogan, who reaches a lot of young Republican men just said, Kamala Harris' quote, nailing it. And then of course, you had the Lincoln Project that humorously put out on Twitter, quote, I hate Joe Rogan Trump tweet incoming any minute mocking, of course, his tweet from this past weekend. I hate Taylor Swift. Now, I don't think Joe Rogan is gonna go out there every time he does a podcast and praise Kamala Harris. I don't think he's gonna go out there on every podcast between now and the election and make fun of Donald Trump. This was probably a one-time deal. Okay, this, this is not gonna be the gift that keeps on giving. The question is, is it enough to turn some of these listeners

Again, Joe Rogan's audience is very devoted. They believe what he tells them, no matter what, no matter how crazy it can be, at times, this just happens to be one of the times where Rogan is telling the truth. Trump got his butt kicked, the polls tell us Trump got his butt kicked. So for Rogan to go out there and not just mock Trump, but to praise Harris, yes, it is good for the Harris campaign. Yes, it is bad for the Trump campaign, but is it a lasting effect? Is it something that is going to carry over? Honestly, I don't think so. Rogan has of course, kind of made it clear. He seems like more of a Trump guy. He, he's more into the conspiracy theories that of course have made a home on the right. So I don't think we're gonna get any more of this from Joe Rogan. But there is a small possibility that at least a few people listening may have changed their minds because of it. And if that's all that happened, even if it's a handful of people, then still that should be counted as a victory.
