Trump Has Already Filed His First Election Challenge Lawsuit

Donald Trump and his campaign have officially filed their first election challenge lawsuit, even before the results are counted and the voting ends. The lawsuit claims that officials in Buck County, Pennsylvania were illegally blocking Trump supporters from voting, even though there is absolutely ZERO evidence that this has occurred. This is the start of his legal efforts to overturn an election that has even concluded yet, and we can expect many more of these lawsuits in the days to come. The Trump campaign announced this week that they have officially filed their first election challenge lawsuit, even though the voting isn't over. And in fact, we haven't even hit election day. And of course we haven't even started counting the votes yet. But as per usual, the Trump campaign says, screw it. There's no need to wait. Let's go ahead and file a lawsuit saying that this election is already unfair. And this lawsuit, of course, was filed in the swing state of Pennsylvania, which is going to be probably the biggest prize out of all of the available swing states. Whoever wins that stands a much greater chance of winning the presidential election. So of course, that is where Donald Trump chose to file his first lawsuit. The lawsuit, of course, is based on absolutely zero evidence other than people whining on Twitter. But it claims that in Buck County, Pennsylvania, Trump supporters, and only Trump supporters, by the way, were told you can't vote.

That's what they were told. Allegedly, according to the lawsuit, which again, doesn't cite any evidence. I mentioned that there were posts on social media, but the posts on social media don't even say that they were denied the right to vote. What they said was that there were long lines while they were waiting to get their mail-in ballot. So they had to wait to get their mail-in ballot, and Trump files a lawsuit saying, Trump supporters were told you have to go home. I, this is just the beginning. And of course, they're not gonna win this lawsuit because there's no evidence to back up their claims, just like there was no evidence to back up their claims in 2020. And just like the lawyers who filed those lawsuits in 2020, I hope that all the lawyers who signed onto this lawsuit or sign onto the other lawsuits, he will eventually file.

I hope y'all know that your fate is sealed. Pardon my language here. But any lawyer that signs onto these lawsuits files them on behalf of Donald Trump, your life is. Don't believe me. Tell me what's happening to Rudy Giuliani right now. He forfeited his assets this week. What happened to Sidney Powell? How are those criminal charges going? What happened to Kenny Chesbro? Right? What happened to John Eastman? What happened to Jenna Ellis? Y'all think signing these lawsuits, filing them on behalf of Donald Trump is somehow gonna help your career. It's going to quite possibly kill it. You could lose your law license and therefore lose your livelihood by doing this. And this is the start. This is such a frivolous lawsuit. Much like the 2020 lawsuits, somebody's gonna get sanctioned here. I have no doubt somebody will get sanctioned. And here's the thing, the court doesn't need to wait to do that. They

Don't need to wait until next week, two weeks, a month down the road to rule on this. They need to sanction them today. Because if you start with the sanctions immediately for filing these knowingly fictitious lawsuits, it may be enough to prevent at least some lawyers from helping Donald Trump in the future, because they're the ones who will pay the price. He won't pay the price. The lawyers will, and they need to understand that. And those sanctions need to come fast and furious before we hit Tuesday. But this is just the first one. This will not be the last one. Hell, there could have already been lawsuits filed in the time that I'm sitting here talking. There will be more of these. And I promise you, just like in 2020, the lawyers that file them, they're not gonna get a happy ending.
