Elon Musk has a big mad this week, and he doesn't know how to process his emotions properly. You see Elon Musk, along with basically the entire Trump administration keeps getting smacked down by federal judge after federal judge. Everything DOGE is trying to do ends up basically getting overturned by the courts, or at least paused by the courts. Just like with Donald Trump's executive orders. So far, every single hearing that has been held, whether it regards to DOGE's work with Elon Musk or Donald Trump's executive order, every single hearing has gone against, every ruling has gone against this administration, which should tell you everything you need to know about the legality of the things they are trying to do. But this week after a federal judge on Tuesday ruled that webpage taken down by the CDC, FDA and National Institutes of Health had to be re-uploaded, like, you had to put the pages back.

Elon Musk had had enough at that point. Right? He already suffered a massive blow this past weekend when a judge says you can't have access to the payment systems of the Treasury. So Musk has had it, and he is now demanding that all of these judges be impeached. Here's what Musk put on Twitter. There needs to be an immediate wave of judicial impeachments, not just one. A wave of judicial impeachments, because these judges are what? Impeachment, whether it's for a political official or a judge in the judiciary branch is for high crimes and misdemeanors. Nothing that these judges have done is a high crime and or misdemeanor. In fact, none of the rulings they've issued are permanent and binding. These are all just temporary orders while the case proceeds.

So you don't even technically have a real firm ruling that you can then appear, appeal, excuse me, to another court. And yet you want these judges impeached. You, the world's richest man who is acting as the president behind the scenes who was not elected by the people, you are demanding that judges be impeached because you don't understand the constitution of the country you weren't even born in? Because those are all real things. And that is what we're dealing with here, folks, a megalomaniac who is the richest man on the planet, who was not elected by the people, but who is acting as the president demanding that anyone who goes against him or this administration be impeached. This is, by the way, because he doesn't understand the constitution or he's choosing to be ignorant about it. We have what's called the separation of powers.

The executive branch does not get to give orders to the judicial branch. They can appoint people to be judges, absolutely, but they don't get to give them orders, and they don't get to demand that these people be impeached when they don't get their way. Not to mention, Elon, I don't know if you're smart enough to realize this. You're not smart, in my opinion. Um, you don't even have the numbers to do that dip. Like, you do realize that, right? Like, they need to be impeached. Okay, well, maybe you could impeach 'em in the House, again, you wouldn't have any crimes, but you don't have the numbers to convict and remove in the Senate. So this would all be a waste of everybody's time and money. Aren't you supposed to be saving the government time and money? Hmm. Kind of sounds like you're trying to become a dictator here in the United States, and your little call for impeachments is just further proof of that.
