Donald Trump has, of course, given us multiple reasons as to why he launched a trade war in the first place. It's, you know, one day it's, Hey, we gotta stop the drugs the next day. The fact that we gotta bring manufacturing back to this country, all these companies gotta come back and we'll just make everything here. It's a nice thought, right? I mean, sure, that'd be great. Bring manufacturing back. We'd have millions of more jobs.

There's just one problem with it. According to the US Labor Department itself, we already have 500,000, half a million manufacturing jobs in this country, some of which have been open for months and nobody wants to take 'em. There are half a million open positions in the manufacturing sector here in the United States, and nobody wants the jobs. So Trump's claim about we gotta bring the jobs back is already undermined once again by his own government. That's like for the love of God. We need workers, not jobs. We have the jobs. What we don't have are the human beings to work them.

Now, if only, now, hear me out on this. If only there was a group of people that, let's say maybe they're not from the United States, may, maybe they're from a different country, let's say Mexico, uh, or anywhere in Central America, really, let's say they wanted to come into our country to work these jobs, that, that seems like that would kind of solve the problem, right? Like, it's not that we have a job shortage. We, we have a labor shortage and, and we have a lot of people below our southern border who say, I just want to come here to make money for my family. So, I don't know, kind of seems like this whole thing could really work itself out if we weren't trying to deport everyone with light brown skin out of the country, right? So maybe if we didn't have a bunch of racists running the federal government, we wouldn't have half a million manufacturing jobs sitting open for months, right? We have a problem. We need labor, we have a solution. There's lots of people that wanna come here to work. Unfortunately, the administration is standing in the middle saying, no, you can't come in because we don't like the color of your skin. And yes, that is what it is about. Meanwhile, because we've got all these job openings, what are they doing state by state, Republican state,

By Republican state, they're getting rid of child labor laws because God know we can't let an able-bodied, you know, 25-year-old come from Mexico to work in the factory. Let's send the 14 year olds to go work in the factories. And yes, several red states have, of course, lowered the age to 14 without parental approval in some instances, and they can even work overnight on a school night. So that's the solution. We had people that wanted to work, people that came here specifically to work, to send money back home, but instead we sent them back home and we're gonna be putting the kids into the factories. Just absolutely top-notch brilliance by this administration, right? You have a clear problem with the easiest possible solution. And instead they say, screw it. Put the kids in there.
