Minnesota governor and former Vice Presidential candidate, Tim Walls gave a speech on Saturday at the South Carolina Democratic Party Convention where he nailed it, like absolutely nailed what Democrats need to be doing right now. Obviously Republicans didn't like it. Got a little backlash for it. And Wall started talking about that. 'cause he talked about the fact that people were mad, that he was so mean. Like you can't just say these things. And here is what Walls says in response to that. Oh, the governor's being mean. Well, maybe it's time for us to be a little meaner. Maybe it's time for us to be a little more fierce. We have to ferociously push back on this. The thing that bothers a teacher more than anything is to watch a bully. When the bully is an adult like Donald Trump, you bully him back at heart. This is a weak, cruel man.

That might be the best advice that I have seen anyone from inside the Democratic party. Give to the Democratic Party. This is what we do. You know, no offense to Michelle Obama. I really like her and respect her tremendously, but I never like from the moment she did the, when they go low, we go high. I was here talking about like, I disagree with that. I think that's a bad strategy. But now more and more and more and more, Democrats are waking up to the fact that, you know what? That doesn't work anymore. Sure. There was a time in American politics when that worked, and honestly that time was when Obama was first running for president in the year 2008. So it was good advice back then. But that was, you know, long before she gave that advice. Today, it doesn't work. We are dealing with a Republican party that is flat out mean and cruel, disgusting, deplorable.

Which for the record as well, that was one of the few things that Hillary Clinton said that I was like, hell yeah, I agree with that. That is correct. Maybe it cost her some votes, but that was the kind of talking we had to do. Those were the things we had to say. And then the public and the Democratic elite were like, oh no, you can't say that. Oh God, lead G Oh shucks. G Willickers. Right? No, off with that. Get mad, get mean. Because the public is watching right now. They are paying attention to politics

Probably more than they ever have. They're watching in horror at the destruction this administration is call causing, along with the Republicans in Congress get off because they're off and they're watching to see who gets off. And if you are not giving that correct response, fighting back against the cruelty, fighting back against the name calling, sometimes, you know what? With name calling of your own, you don't think it's effective. Why don't you go ask Jasmine Crockett how effective it can be. The bad built butch bleach, blonde, whatever. I, I get him mixed up sometimes. It's a lot of alliteration. But what, regardless, that insult that Crockett launched against Marjorie Taylor Greene stuck because it was powerful. It was correct, it was funny, and it bullied the bully. Jasmine Crockett understands it. Tim Walls understands it. A few others throughout the Democratic Party understand it.
