Kelley said he does not have to enter a plea today and his attorneys can ask for more time to examine his mental state. People who know Alissa have said he was paranoid, struggled with mental health issues and threatened to kill his wrestling team after being kicked off. He is accused of killing ten people, including a police officer, when he opened fire on shoppers and employees of the grocery store.
