2:07Now PlayingOn Monday, ten people were shot and killed at a King Soopers grocery store in Boulder, Colorado. According to the Boulder Police Department, the shooter is 21-year-old Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa. He has been charged with 10 counts of first-degree murder. Police have not released information on a possible motive. BNC Legal Correspondent Candace Kelly joined Start Your Day with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to discuss the next steps in the legal process. Kelley said Alissa's lawyers and the prosecution will be careful because the evidence is still being collected in the case. Family and friends of Alissa have spoken out about his alleged mental health issues saying he was paranoid. According to Kelley, Alissa's lawyers could be working on an insanity defense or tie the shooting to his battles with mental health problems.
