4:47Now PlayingDay eight of the Derek Chauvin trial resumed Wednesday with continued testimony from use-of-force expert Jody Stiger. The next witness called to testify was James Reyerson, a senior special agent with the Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension. Chauvin's legal team showed a video alleging Floyd said, "I ate too many drugs." At first, Reyerson agreed that Floyd said he consumed too many drugs, but when the prosecution played a more extended clip, he said he heard Floyd say, "I ain't do any drugs." BNC Legal Correspondent Candace Kelley joined "Start Your Day" with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to discuss the conflicting testimony about Floyd's comments. Kelley said she thinks the jury will reject the dispute because they canceled each other out.
