16:02Now PlayingGeorge Floyd's family expressed hope that the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, named after him, will be passed. Many are wondering why it is taking so long for the bill to be passed in the Senate. House Majority Whip Jim Clyburn joins "Start Your Day" with Sharon Reed and Mike Hill to discuss the police reform legislation and other pressing topics on Capitol Hill. Representative Clyburn says comments he made about the bill and qualified immunity were misunderstood.
