Across the country, mom and pop restaurants are hurting, and privately owned retailers are reeling. Meanwhile, workers are quitting in masses. Just as things are reopening and starting to return to normal, the Delta variant of COVID-19 is surging, causing more concern as businesses try to get back on track. Business owner Toni Duclottni says the hardest part is adjusting to the "new normal" as she struggles to understand what that may be.
