1:49Now PlayingAnother witness in the United States v. Robert Kelly trial, who was the best friend of one of the accusers, was asked to read letters, text messages and provide explicit details about their relationship with the former R&B star. In one text she said, “he has me singing seductive songs like Aaliyah.” The other accuser said her mother instructed her to take pictures with Kelly to blackmail him for money.
“Since you’re having sex with my daughter, deposit $20,000 in my bank account and you need to send $10,000 to this bank account every month,” read the accuser in a letter from her mom to Kelly.
She also said her mother wanted to start a sex toy business with Kelly and her father wanted to provide lighting through his company for Kelly’s concerts.
