As travel continues to pick up, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention recommends passengers get tested one to three days before a trip, and three to five days after returning. The Bahamas is just one destination on the CDC’s very high travel risk list, which means children under 12 will have to show proof of a negative COVID-19 test before going. That’s where Worksite Labs comes in. The company sets up mobile labs where volume testing is required, including airports. Frazier notes that travel has been growing, picking back up around last October, and his company offers a quick solution, administering 50,000 to 60,000 tests per day.
Testing has been the one thing remaining consistent since the pandemic started, he says, that has kept Americans and everyone globally safe. Worksite Labs focuses heavy on Black and Brown communities, saying, “We can’t really say we’re having an impact unless we’re going back to our communities.”
