It requires asylum seekers at the southern border to stay in Mexico while they await a hearing in the U.S. to determine their eligibility and status. The question remains: Will President Biden be able to win this issue with a Conservative Supreme Court?
Federal criminal defense lawyer and former prosecutor Vinoo Varghese talks about how the fight isn’t necessarily over for the Biden administration in regards to the Supreme Court ruling, and that President Biden can certainly take his appeal to the 5th Circuit Court below the Supreme Court.
