Bodycam footage was released that shows a white Louisiana state trooper beating a Black motorist during a traffic stop. Former trooper Jacob Brown repeatedly struck Aaron Larry Bowman in the head with his flashlight 18 times, as Bowman begged the officer to stop.
Bowman, along with attorney Donecia Banks-Miley and defense attorney Keith Whiddon, joins Yodit Tewolde on “Making the Case” to discuss the case.
