9:36Now PlayingAfter complaints of rats and black mold in dorm rooms, a group of Howard University students took over the Blackburn Student Center this week to bring attention to the poor housing conditions on campus.
Students say the school administration has done little to fix the problem. Howard is known for protesting being a way of life at the university since the 1960s. BNC’s “DC Today” political panel discusses the university’s funding and structure in management. The panel also discusses government support and the importance it has on the growth of institutions.
