A video that sparked outrage and national protest. The national spotlight will return to Brunswick, Georgia on Monday as selection begins for 12 jury members in the trial. BNC’s legal contributor Paul Henderson joins “Making the Case” host Yodit Tewolde to discuss more, noting that more than 50% of Brunswick’s 16,000 residents are African American. Henderson says in this case, viewers are going to be exposed to really offensive behavior from vigilantes, law enforcement and prosecution itself.
