1:06Now PlayingIn the trending legal stories, a clemency hearing for Julius Jones, who’s living on death row, has been delayed.
The Oklahoma Pardon and Parole Board was scheduled to hear his request for clemency on Oct. 26, but it was re-scheduled to Nov. 1. Jones was convicted of murder for the 1999 shooting death of a businessman.
The trial of Kyle Rittenhouse will begin on Nov. 1 in Kenosha, Wisconsin. On Oct. 25, a judge ruled that his defense team can introduce video of police thanking Rittenhouse for protecting city businesses during last summer’s protests.
