The most recent and high-profile case is the killing of Ronald Greene.
Police initially reported that he died in a car crash, but video footage showed troopers shocking, choking and beating him. After Greene’s death, Louisiana Gov. John Bel Edwards brought in Col. Lamar Davis to change the culture in the department.
He sat down in a one-on-one interview with BNC’s Jamiese Price to explain how he plans to turn things around.
