According to Emad al-Sayah, chairman of the commission, the registration process should open by mid-November after the full completion of technical and logistical prep.
In Rwanda, the country is pushing forward with its plans to set up a nuclear power plant, which the government says is essential in its efforts to connect supply gaps. The east African nation aims to improve its economic status drastically in the next 14 years.
