In the report “Inside Amazon’s Worst Human Resources Problem,” the authors wrote, “Amazon had been shortchanging new parents, patients dealing with medical crises and other vulnerable workers on leave.”
One such vulnerable worker they write about in detail is Tara Jones, who began working at a warehouse in Oklahoma City three years ago, but when she injured her shoulder, things took a bad turn.
Jones, along with one of the authors of the report, Karen Weise, join Marc Lamont Hill to discuss the workplace culture of Amazon.
