The early tally shows Councilman Andre Dickens in the lead with about 60% of the vote, and City Council President Felicia Moore with 40%. But that’s with only about 29,000 votes have been counted. It’s unclear how many precincts remain left to count, but in the race in November, over 96,000 votes were cast for mayor.
