Dec 6, 20216:43Now PlayingThe weapon used by 15-year-old Ethan Crumbley to shoot and kill four of his classmates at the Oxford High School in Michigan is said to have been an early Christmas gift.
Crumbley’s parents, James and Jennifer, are now facing involuntary manslaughter charges for their role in the shooting. “DC Today” fill-in host Kelly Wright is joined by attorney Jamie White to discuss the accusations and use of the word “negligence.” White says prosecutors must show the parents were extremely reckless to the extent that a reasonable person would know another individual could be harmed, which is likely since they bought a gun for their underaged child and ignored warning signs.
