In Minnesota, jury instructions have begun for the trial of former police officer Kim Potter, who fatally shot Black motorist Daunte Wright during a traffic stop back in April.
On Nov. 3, 28-year-old Justin King was shot and killed by his white neighbor. Police say the shooter was only acting in self-defense as King was trying to break into the home.
