The suit claims Texas violated the Voting Rights Act by intentionally “[eliminating] a Latino electoral opportunity in Congressional District 23.”
Texas State Rep. Jasmine Crockett joins Charles Blow on “Prime” to discuss the lawsuit and its impact on voters.
