4:09Now PlayingEleven-year-old Dayvon Johnson of Oklahoma woke up one day as an average sixth grader, but he went to bed as a two-time hero.
Johnson first did the Heimlich to save a choking classmate and later in the same day, he rescued an elderly woman from a house fire. BNC’s Najahe Sherman and Mike Hill praised Johnson, who learned the rescue tricks by watching YouTube. The boy has since been honored by his school’s principal and named an honorary sheriff, and hopes to someday become an EMT.
