19:34Now PlayingThree Pennsylvania police officers are facing manslaughter charges tonight in connection with the shooting death of an 8-year-old girl outside of a high school football game.
The officers Devon Smith, Sean Dolan and Brian Devaney were watching the crowd at the end of the game in the Philadelphia suburb of Sharon Hill when two teenage boys began shooting at each other.
The officers then opened fire as well killing the child, Fanta Bility, and injuring four others.
Philadelphia attorney Lennon Edwards and retired NYPD detective Marq Claxton join Yodit Tewolde on “Making the Case” to discuss.
