He says he thinks it's the only way to bring about change. Flores was up for a coaching job with the New York Giants and said he found out in a text message from Bill Belichick, three days before he was interviewing for the job, they were giving it to Brian Daboll.
In the suit that was intentionally filed on the first day of Black History Month, Flores calls the whole process a humiliating sham.
