Drunk Girl THINKS She Got Away With a Fake ID Before Karma Comes Back to Bite Her

Around 12:59 AM on July 31, 2025, SLEO 1 Tamara Mohammad with the Sea Isle City Police Department observed a female with an open container of Stateside Vodka Soda in the vicinity of 40th Street and Landis Avenue. She initiated contact with her and asked for her identification so that she could issue a ticket. She gave the officer a Pennsylvania driver’s license indicating that her date of birth was on September 17, 2001. SLEO 1 Mohammad then wrote her a citation for having an open container (Ordinance 3-6.8) and cleared the scene.

Later around 1:10 AM, SLEO 1 Mohammad began heading back to headquarters to complete her paperwork. Shortly after, it was ascertained by the officer that the female had provided her with a false identification, and that the driver’s license number returned back to a female identified as Shannon Wilson. She informed Patrolman Paul Psensky of this discrepancy, and the officers began looking for her. She was eventually located in front of Drifters Feel Good Food (4009 Landis Avenue), and the officers confronted her about the discrepancy on the identification card. Shortly afterwards, she was placed under arrest. At this time, she began to offer conflicting information before eventually admitting to being 20 years of age.

At this time, she was placed under arrest on charges of hindering (2C:29-3A(7)) and placed in handcuffs. She was transported by Patrolman Psensky the Sea Isle City Police Department for further processing. At the station, she was photographed and correctly identified as 20-year-old Olivia Claire DiBona. She was issued a summonses for having an open container (Ordinance 6-6.8) and hindering (2C:29-3A(7)) before being released pending her court appearance.

Court records indicate that on August 14, 2025, Olivia pleaded guilty to having an open container, while her hindering charge was downgraded to Possession of False Identification (Ordinance 3-6.4). As a result of her convictions, Olivia had to pay a total of $966 in fines.
