YouTube Description
as posted by the channel#firefighter #discrimination #preach
A firefighter became a born-again christian, and started to call out his fellow firefighters for what he viewed as unchristian behavior. This, perhaps unsurprisingly, created some friction. Sometime later, he was fired, on the alleged basis of false time records and unearned pay.
The firefight fights back! He claims that the basis under which he was fired was a mere pretense, and he was REALLY fired because of his religious belief (or perhaps sanctimony .... but never mind).
Today, we review the decision of the court, and decide what remedies this firefighter may have, or whether he was in fact justly fired after all ...
