It was RICO (!), and there was a settlement for $4.2M. Wow! But two attorneys had an arrangement to split the attorney's share. One of the attorney's decided to get greedy, and wanted $2.5M for himself as attorney's fees! Wow!
In today's legal analysis, we discuss this legal fees dispute, and discuss who gets what amount of money. This one is a little inside baseball, but it is pretty interesting at least to me to see to what lengths some people will go to.
