36:14Now PlayingTrump's first impeachment - 2020
Rep. Diana Degette, D-Colo., led a vote to move forward with the rules that will govern the historic vote on two articles of impeachment against President Donald Trump. The vote came ahead of hours of planned debate on the articles by the full House on Dec. 18 before a vote on impeachment that was slated for later in the day. Trump has been charged with two articles of impeachment--abuse of power and obstruction of Congress. If passed, the process will then head for a trial in the Senate, where Republicans have a majority.
