I counted thirty motions in limine total as of last week, and now more motions are coming in to challenge expert witnesses. Needless to say, there's a ton to get through before trial on April 1st and I question whether we're going to have rulings on everything before it's time for opening statements.
Today is the first day of two days set aside for pretrial motions.
