6:56Now PlayingIn a 1998 Commencement Speech at St. Andrews University, a 7th Day Adventist institution, Ben Carson shared his personal theory on a potential purpose of the pyramids of Egypt. He says that they may have been used as a method of grain storage, according to the Bible.
Liberal media somehow dug this speech from 1998 up and is now trying to use it to discredit Ben Carson. It's part of a greater campaign designed to remove Dr. Carson from the GOP race. As a black, Christian, unapologetic Conservative, he is seen as a threat to the left.
The left depends upon complacent blacks voting at an over 85% rate for the Democrat Party in order to win national elections. If that paradigm was to shift in the near future, let's say with someone like Ben Carson capturing even 20% of the black vote, it could permanently change the face of the Democrat party.
The shift in voting would remove them from power, possibly for generations to come! So what does the left do, grasp at straws! Find anything and everything, from pyramid theories said during a speech in 1998, to Popeye's Chicken encounters with robbers 30 years ago.
