7:37Now PlayingRoland Martin attacked Pastor Steve Parson on Tv One's News program "News One Now" over the meeting where 100 black pastors met with Donald Trump at Trump Towers in New York.
Martin's line of questioning to Parson was pretty straightforward at first. He asked him for specific policies that Trump mentioned which could help the black community and America in general. Steve Parson responded with the two main things Trump has been saying during the campaign, which was incentivizing inner cities to allow them to attract businesses that will invest there and bring jobs with them. He also mentioned the fact that Trump would eliminate taxes on low income people (presumably those making below $25,000 per year which Donald Trump has mentioned before.)
Apparently, Dr. Parson's answers were not good enough for Roland Martin. The questioning became much more direct and stern, as if he was speaking to a crooked politician. Steve Parson is a pastor. These guys aren't really good at having political discord. Their primary focus is on the word, as it should be. So, predictably, the pastor began to stumble on his answers, and Roland Martin, who has ties to Hillary Clinton's campaign, turned up the heat and turned it into a full fledged attack.
