Ben & Jerry’s have joined the company like Nike and Chick-fil-A in taking a bold political stance. Ben & Jerry’s have made a decision to stop selling ice cream in Palestinian territories that are disputed between the Palestinians and Israelis. Ben & Jerry’s huge parent company Unilever is now under fire.
Texas is now looking to divest from Unilever. Unilever has a range of popular products like Dove, Axe and Lipton soups. Every company seems to be making political statements, which gives politicians ammo for their next talking point.
