If it’s a private company, they have the right to do what they wish as long as it’s legal. But other than that, the question is very complicated and other than living a healthy life, the rest is up to you.
What Do You Think About "Mechanical Doping"?
Many are calling the use of these shoes “mechanical doping.” If you want to measure people’s speeds from years before and now, then you would have to have them run against each other barefoot. Now, we have many advances and we improve as humanity. If it’s not illegal and this is a type of way to improve speed, then why stop them. Until there is a law prohibiting it, there is no conversation.
How Soon Should I Look Into Purchasing A Second Property?
Do your tenants pay their rent on time? What happens if they don’t pay on time? What excuses do they use? What if something breaks? It’s really up to when you feel ready to do so. Once you can manage your first property correctly and you have built up enough equity where you can bankroll the acquisition of the next property, then you can think about purchasing a second property.
