10:50Now PlayingSunday's battle at Fort Ticonderoga's 2018 American Revolutionary War reenactment event, called Defiance and Independence, saw the British army advance towards the rebel-held fortifications. The rebel army met the regulars in an open field, reinforced with large artillery pieces and a fortified redoubt. It was up to the 54th and 42nd Regiments of Foot, who were collectively referred to as 'grenadiers' in this battle, to seize the redoubt from the rebels- with zeal and bayonets!
