How much time do you waste on dumb things you get no value out of?
I realized that I waste an enormous amount of time after I started tracking it. It is really crazy how much time we actually waste on things that don't produce any real happiness or results for us. For me becoming more aware of my time through tracking it has helped a lot to reduce time I regret spending.
I included an example of my time sheet. It's here
I started by recording into categories how I spend my time. At the end of the week I tally the total hours I spent doing each activity. I'm constantly surprised by how much time I waste.
