Psychiatric experts have suggested for years that ketosis might successfully help treat anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, OCD, autism, ADHD, and dementia.
Lots of theoretical papers and anecdotal reports have been published, but outside of autism and dementia there have been no controlled clinical trials for any of the other conditions. Does it make sense to still try keto diets?
