1:38Now PlayingIDAHO FALLS -- The East Idaho State Fair held it's annual announcement of what's to come during this fall's festivities.
Brandon Bird, general manager of the Eastern Idaho State Fair announced the theme for 2016 as "Eat, Drink, and Be Happy." The theme is in conjunction with the fairs official mascot named Happy.
“There’s a whole lot of happy at the fair. We’re excited for this year’s theme,” Bird said.
