Legal Walls Are Closing In Around MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell

Two associates of Mesa County elections clerk Tina Peters have now pleaded guilty to crimes as part of a plea deal that will require them to testify against Peters. This is actually very bad news for MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, who has also been ensnared in the legal problems of Peters, which is what led to him being raided by the FBI at Hardee's. Another former employee of disgraced Mesa County elections clerk, Tina Peters, uh, Peters, who of course has been indicted, uh, but another one of her former employees has pleaded guilty as part of a plea deal to completely testify against her and pretty much anybody else in an upcoming criminal trial. The latest woman is, uh, Sandra Brown, who is, according to the ap, one of two employees accused of helping Mesa County clerk Tina Peters allow a copy of a hard drive to be made during an update of election equipment last year, and search of proof of the false conspiracy theory spunned by former President Donald Trump. So this woman, again, Sandra Brown, she pleaded guilty to attempting to influence a public servant, which is a felony and official misconduct, which is a misdemeanor. Her sentencing is not going to happen until after her full and complete cooperation, so it's possible she's probably not gonna go to jail.

Now, the other individual who worked for Tina Peters, who was also pleaded as part of a plea deal, uh, is a woman by the name of Belinda Nisley, and Miss Nili, uh, pleaded guilty to I think two misdemeanors, and she's also going to have to cooperate fully for Tina Peters. So why is this bad news for MyPillow CEO and founder Michael Lindel? You might ask? Well, I'm glad you asked that question because Mike Lindell, of course, is neck deep in this criminal investigation into Tina Peters. Mike Lindell, of course, is one of the individuals that Tina Peters gave information to. He's one of the people who, on his website, Frank Speech, posted the materials that were illegally obtained, allegedly illegally obtained, because nobody's been convicted yet, of course, we don't wanna get in trouble. So allegedly illegally obtained, he posted them on his website. So these two individuals that have now pleaded guilty and are gonna fully cooperate with investigators, I'm willing to bet they've got something to say about Mike Linde. After all, again, Mike Lindell was raid, if you want to call it a raid by the FBI back in September. You remember they caught him in the Hardee's Drive through, said, we gotcha. Enjoy your thick burger. Give me your cell. But they also, at the time, he says, asked him questions about Tina Peters asked him other questions about Colorado. So yes, Mike Lindell is fully involved in this criminal scheme. He was listed in one of the criminal complaints as one of eight other people, in addition to Tina Peters.

So these two individuals that are now, you know, promising swearing under oath to cooperate fully, if they have any dirt on Mike Linde, if they know of his involvement that is deeper than what we already know on the

Surface, his days could be numbered because these individuals, while yes, they worked for Tina Peters, who was Tina Peters working for, right? That's the big question that we don't know the answer to. We don't have evidence of the answer to, but I seriously doubt Tina Peters just took it upon herself to one day be like, you know what? I'm gonna copy all this stuff. She was in contact with other people. There is no doubt in my mind that that's how these things work. She didn't just do it for the hell of doing it. She had to have had somebody in her ear saying, I need this stuff. Well, we know she gave some of the stuff to Mike Lindell.

So I think it's an interesting angle for the prosecutors and investigators to look at. If Mike Lindell was the one pulling the strings, did these two women who are now fully cooperating, did they have any contacts with Mike Linde? Did he direct Tina Peters to do any of this? If he didn't, fantastic. Then he is just another witness. Maybe he'll get a plea deal as well. Maybe he'll go testify against Tina Peters. There's a chance he's not involved at all, or there's a chance that the walls are closing in on him so quickly. He's not even gonna have time to react. Personally, I kind of feel like it's the latter at this point.
