This is Washington, DC's Meridian Hill Park, which is a federal park that is part of the National Park Service, and located in DC Adams Morgan neighborhood. It was built 100 years ago, and the fountains stopped working many years ago. While gutting the park service nationwide, Trump has thrown a lot of money at it in DC in preparation for the country's 250th anniversary on the Fourth of July. Have to admit, it looks great.
