Bodycam footage shows Key West police confronting Lonnie Phelps after the crash and pressing him on who the driver was, him or his girlfriend. The Cleveland Browns player started off the encounter acting coolheaded but quickly got angry when he realized the police were building a case against him.

The police report said Phelps and his girlfriend were uncooperative with officers. Witnesses identified the pair as the duo who got out of the car but could not determine who the driver was. At one point, Phelps’ girlfriend screamed at him to comply with officers while he was disobeying orders and talking over police. He faces DUI and property damage charges.
