Prosecutor Morrissey testified that prosecutor Johnson resigned because she did not agree with today's hearing about dismissing Baldwin's case being public. The defense also talked about another prosecutor who left the case.

Famed actor and movie producer Alec Baldwin was indicted on one count of involuntary manslaughter in January for the death of 42-year-old cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Hutchins died on Baldwin’s “Rust” movie set. Armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter for Hutchins’ death. She was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
