35:38Now PlayingBodycam footage played in court showed former gas station owner Rick Chow and his son, Andy Chow, speaking with law enforcement after Rick allegedly fatally shot 14-year-old Cyrus Carmack-Belton. The Chow family believed Carmack-Belton had stolen water bottles from their store, prompting the father and son to chase the teen. According to testimony, Rick Chow allegedly opened fire after Carmack-Belton reportedly pointed a gun at Andy.
