44:40Now PlayingChad Richards, who is accused of killing UW-Whitewater gymnast Kara Welsh, had his trial postponed after his defense attorneys argued they had not had sufficient time to review all cellphone evidence ahead of trial. Richards faces one count of first-degree intentional homicide by use of a dangerous weapon in connection with Welsh’s death. Welsh was found with eight gunshot wounds. If convicted, Richards could face life in prison.
