Another week, another failed celebrity virtue signal about mass immigration. This week it was Sky News’s Kay Burley trying to dismiss a small boat crossing with 230 men into Britain.
Yes, a SMALL boat crossing. Labour are bragging about boat crossings into Britain coming down, but when they're fitting 230 men on a single boat, they don't need as many boats.
The boat is so long it looks photoshopped. It's almost a pontoon stretching all the way across the channel.
Despite the BBC referring to it as a "small boat" (fact checked by BBC Verify!), I very much doubt that it was bought at the Small Boat Shop. Because it's fucking massive.
I think most people would be alarmed that illegal migrants are pouring into Britain like this. Not Sky News' Kay Burley, who is keen to broadcast her left-wing credentials, saying
"I've seen longer queues in the 'five items or fewer' isle [sic]"
Really Kay? You've seen 230 predominantly African men with wet trousers standing at the "5 items or less" checkout?
The most irritating thing about this is that Kay Burley, even though she's from Wigan and she sounds like she keeps coal in the bath, lives in a very nice, posh part of England called the Cotswolds. Her particular parish is a white ethnic enclave - 96.3% of people are white.
So she's pontificating on migrant pontoons, knowing that these men won't be turning up in her neighbourhood. If they did all decide to move to her parish, they would change the ethnic makeup so much that it would go from over 96% white to under 90% white. Then it might not feel like such an inconsequential amount of people are entering the country, and Kay Burley might think again.
